10 Things To Love About Winter & December

It's winter! We have been seeing a lot of blog posts, beautiful photos and tons of status updates about December and I am sure I am not the only person blogging about this season. It's time to warm up and get cozy in our cute sweaters, take hot drinks and cuddle, cuddle and cuddle! 7 days ago November said good bye but I am pretty sure December is a good months, a really good one. Besides, Christmas and New Year's Eve are two of the best moments these holidays! Let's celebrate these holidays with joy, peace and with friends and family. Here are 10 things to love about this season and December:

Hot chocolate

Hot chocolate is a must! You'd miss the delicious taste if you would actually dislike chocolate. Besides a good taste, chocolate warms you up as well. Make sure to grab some cookies too!

Ice skating

Ice skating is one of my favorite outdoor activities I love to do during winter. It's fun and relaxing just watch out what speed you're skating at unless you're a professional skater. You would definitely not want to fall down, trust me. Take your partner, friends or family and enjoy a beautiful day/ night out.

Cozy sweaters!

There is no more comfortable clothing to keep yourself warm than sweaters! Buy the right kind of sweater (of the appropriate textile type for the season) and you should be warm enough to walk around at home without even maybe turning your heater on. I love the big, cozy sweaters made out of cotton, they are terribly comfortable!

As every year, this year you will be seeing tons of beautiful fireworks on the last and first days of the year. It doesn't matter whether you live in the countryside or in the city because you will for sure find them everywhere! What are your favorite firework colors? Mines are blue, red and yellow.

Cuddling is another beautiful reason to love winter. I am sure this is the best way to warm up each other and trust me, you don't need a partner to do that, because your friends and family will want hugs too!

This event is the best time of a year! Don't celebrate the end of the year and the start of a new one alone. Go out, meet with your friends and family and have fun! New Year's Eve is the time when we say good bye to our past mistakes, bad moments and memories and we welcome a new year full of joy, happiness, love and we start thinking about new goals and things to look forward to.

On December sales are huge! It's your time to purchase what you always wanted now that your favorite shops have tons of stuff for sale. Check them out before you miss the huge sale! This month we will be  finding ourselves buying gifts, party outfits, and lots of champagne bottles to celebrate the end of the year.

We are about to say good bye to 2012 and there will be for sure tons of farewell parties. Put on your best party outfit and brag about that cute dress you've been waiting to show off! Let's get those parties started!
